A consultation may be rescheduled once, provided the request is made at least two (2) business days before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests received with less than two (2) business days' notice will not be accepted.
A rescheduled consultation does not create a new cancellation period or extend any refund rights. The original appointment date continues to apply when determining eligibility for a refund.
Consultation fees are refundable only if the consultation is canceled at least two (2) business days before the originally scheduled appointment date. If a consultation has been rescheduled, no refund will be issued if the client later cancels the appointment, regardless of notice before the rescheduled appointment. Approved refunds are subject to deduction of a 4.5% payment processing fee. Larhdel Law reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make exceptions in exceptional circumstances.
